The Resilient Mind Robin Hood Model
At The Resilient Mind, we operate on what we call the Robin Hood Model—a socially responsible pricing strategy designed to maximize both impact and accessibility.
Organizations, corporations, institutions, families, and individuals who have the financial capacity to invest in resilience and emotional intelligence training pay standard program fees. These revenues help fund reduced-cost and, in some cases, fully subsidized training for individuals and groups facing financial barriers.
Our philosophy is simple: access to life-changing resilience and emotional intelligence skills should not be determined by a person’s financial circumstances. By redistributing resources in this way, we help ensure that those who may benefit most from training are not excluded because of cost.
We believe resilience, emotional intelligence, healthy relationships, and psychological well-being are foundational human capacities that should be available to everyone. As a result, no individual is denied access to training solely because of financial hardship.
If you or your organization would like to participate in a training program, please contact our office and let us know how many individuals require training. We will work with you to determine the most appropriate and affordable participation option.
