What is required to become a facilitator?

Applicants: -Complete the application -Must be willing to go through a 30-minute interview -Commit to a 10-week training program for 2-4 hours per week - Carry out your first resilience training through a supervisor

What is involved in the 2 eLearning weekly assignments?

eLearning assignments take approximately 15-20 minutes to complete and for others, it may take up to 30 minutes. The objective of each assignment is to reinforce the training in- person weekly group session and to measure stress levels each week.
