Anyone who has completed the registration and Readiness To Change assessment.
eLearning assignments take approximately 15-20 minutes to complete and for others, it may take up to 30 minutes. The objective of each assignment is to reinforce the training in- person weekly group session and to measure stress levels each week.
Our data to date indicates that people who have completed The Resilient Mind project on average achieve a 20% increase in resilience. As the program evolves, we are targeting a 25% increase.
You can play the game online wherein you will be able to play with people you do not know. There is also an option to use an alias. Note: Outcomes are not as high in the online version.
