Sharda Jain
Sharda brings more than 21 years of experience across clinical, organizational, developmental, and sports psychology, with a career deeply rooted in understanding human behaviour, emotional well-being, performance, and personal development.
Following completion of her PhD, she spent many years working one-on-one with individuals in clinical and applied settings, giving her a wealth of practical experience in helping people navigate psychological challenges, strengthen emotional skills, improve performance, and create meaningful behavioural change. This extensive direct work with people gives her a valuable perspective on how psychological research translates into the realities of everyday life.
Her professional background also includes serving as an Assistant Professor and as a Psychologist with the Sports Authority of India under the Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports, Government of India, where she contributed her expertise within both academic and high-performance environments.
At The Resilient Mind, she supports clinical research and product development, contributing to the design, development, and testing of resilience and emotional-intelligence tools and learning experiences. She peer-reviews training materials, evaluates psychological concepts and behavioural frameworks, and helps ensure that emerging research is translated into practical, accessible, and evidence-informed experiences for participants.
Her combination of clinical experience, academic knowledge, psychological research, and real-world work with individuals helps bridge the gap between behavioural science and practical application—ensuring that The Resilient Mind’s tools are not only grounded in research, but relevant to the challenges people face in their relationships, workplaces, and everyday lives.
Adiba Khan
Adiba is a clinical psychology professional with a strong focus on preventive mental healthcare, early identification, and early intervention, bringing a valuable perspective to The Resilient Mind’s work in resilience, emotional intelligence, and psychological well-being.
An important part of Adiba’s contribution is that she represents a significant audience TRM is focused on serving — youth and young adults. Her perspective helps ensure that the language, tools, activities, and overall experience of The Resilient Mind remain relevant, engaging, and meaningful for younger participants who are navigating stress, relationships, identity, confidence, performance pressures, and the transition into adulthood.
Adiba has completed her Master’s degree in psychology and is continuing her studies toward her PhD, while also continuing to work one-on-one with individuals. This combination of advanced academic study and direct client experience gives her an important understanding of both the science of psychology and the real-life challenges people face in managing emotions, stress, relationships, self-awareness, and overall mental well-being.
At The Resilient Mind, Adiba contributes to clinical insight, product development, and the client experience. She helps review and strengthen the way participants interact with TRM’s resilience and emotional-intelligence tools, learning activities, and practical exercises. Her role includes helping ensure that the program is not only evidence-informed, but also accessible, relatable, and useful in real-world situations.
She also contributes to the ongoing development of tools that promote self-awareness, mental fitness, emotional regulation, resilience, healthier relationships, and psychological well-being. By combining current academic learning with direct experience working with people, she helps TRM continue to refine the participant journey and improve the overall product experience.
Adiba’s contribution is especially valuable in helping bridge clinical psychology, youth engagement, research, and practical application, supporting The Resilient Mind’s goal of equipping people with skills they can use in everyday life to better manage stress, strengthen relationships, and build long-term resilience.
