Is The Resilient Mind Training

Right for You?

Resilience and emotional intelligence training can bring significant value to your life. It can help you:

However, meaningful personal growth begins with one important factor: readiness to change.

There often comes a point in life when we become more curious about ourselves—when we are ready to understand how our thoughts, emotions, and desires influence our behaviour and begin developing new skills and healthier patterns.

Before registering, please review the following information to determine whether this training is right for you and whether you are able to commit to the process.

WHAT TO EXPECT

About the Training

TRM training takes place in a facilitated group of approximately 10 participants. The group meets for 90 minutes each week over seven weeks.

Participants will also download the TRM app, where they will complete two short microlearning activities each week. Each activity takes approximately 10–15 minutes.

Many activities will invite participants to reflect, apply what they are learning, and engage in conversations with Sarah, the TRM AI coach.

To receive the full value of the program, participants should be prepared to commit approximately 2.5 hours each week, spread across group sessions, app-based learning, reflection, and practical application.

Consistent attendance is important. Participants may miss one group session and attend a virtual make-up session on Saturday at 8:00 a.m. Pacific Time. When the virtual make-up session is also missed, a private make-up session will be required at a cost of $85.

INSIDE EACH SESSION

What Happens During the Training?

During each session, participants take part in an interactive, game-based learning experience.

The training introduces insights from leading experts in neuroscience, behavioural science, and social science. These insights often lead to personal reflection and group discussion about how our psychological functions — including our thoughts, emotions, and desires — influence our behaviour.

Appropriate personal sharing is encouraged, but no one is pressured to disclose more than they are comfortable sharing. The facilitator works to create a respectful and supportive environment where every participant feels safe, heard, and valued.

ARE YOU READY?

Determine Your Readiness to Change

TRM is most effective for people who are open to learning about themselves and willing to practise new skills consistently.

Before registering, consider the following questions:

You do not need to have everything figured out before beginning. You simply need to be curious, open, and willing to participate in the process.

Based on what you have read, are you ready to commit to the seven-week TRM training experience?

REAL RESULTS

A Word From Our Participants

“Taking The Resilient Mind™ program taught me how to handle my stress so I could focus my mind on the difficulties in front of me and find solutions instead of wallowing in despair. I have since right-sized my business and we are moving forward with a much better plan and much happier employees. By regulating my emotions, I communicate much deeper with my wife and clearer with my employees.”

Warren Jones

President, Waater Works Inc.

“I have come to see the close relationship between my personal growth and the success of my business and team. I am thankful for what I learned through The Resilient Mind™ program — it has helped me evolve as a person and a leader. The mentoring and guidance helped us double our corporate revenue for three consecutive years. Without hesitation, I recommend it.”

Brandon Farr

President, Unlimited Contracting

“I started The Resilient Mind™ project to help my husband. I thought I was fine dealing with all the stress around me — I was so wrong. I was shut down, angry, and not taking care of myself. The skills I learned have given me and my marriage the love and tenderness it was missing. We communicate more, we have more intimacy, and life is fun again.”

Giselle Davis

President, Davis Marketing

“It’s one thing to learn about the skills of resilience, but it’s another thing entirely to put these skills into practice. The Resilient Mind™ resilience training program has been instrumental in helping me bridge that gap.”
